“Resurrection” (A Skull. With some history.)
November 6, 2009 · 1 Comment
This cow died, most likely of rabies, a few years back up near Van Horn, Texas. The skull is not quite complete, part of the nose is missing, and I had to file off the bases of the horn caps to even out some dog damage. This is the first skull I’ve ever messed with artistically, and I thought alot about death while I was at it.
Its unfair, death. That was my conclusion. Skull makes a pretty thing to hang on the wall- plus you can hang your hat on her, and give a little nod of respect on your way out the door.

I just about finished everything. I called, and Bob is fine. Zack didn’t have an extra door, but I’ll make him dinner anyway.
